What you keep.
Where it stays.

Effective 14 September 2026 · Harborlume 1.0.1

01

About this policy

This policy covers Harborlume, the keepsake collection app, and its accompanying product pages. It describes the app build version 1.0.1. It does not describe the separate activities, services or website of For the Love of Harley Foundation.

02

What you keep

You can enter harbor names, keepsake labels and notes, choose bundled illustrations, and arrange their order. These details may be personal if you choose to write personal information. Only include information you are comfortable keeping on this device.

03

Where your library lives

The Android app stores your library in a private file inside its app storage. Saved changes use atomic file replacement. Harborlume does not send the library to a developer server.

04

Drafts and saved changes

The quick harbor-note field keeps a local draft as you type. Keep note turns that draft into a tide note. Other editors apply changes when you tap their save or keep button. Cancel leaves the saved object unchanged. Unsaved editor text can be lost if Android closes the app.

05

Device access

The app requests no Internet, camera, microphone, location, contacts or broad media-storage permission. It reads the system animation preference to respect reduced motion. It does not import photos or inspect your other documents.

06

Accounts and connections

You can use the bundled collection tools without an account or network connection. This build has no account service or cloud synchronization. Opening an email app or choosing a cloud document provider is a separate action outside the bundled core.

07

Analytics and advertising

This build includes no advertising or analytics SDK and does not send app telemetry, identifiers or usage events to a developer service. Android, your app store, device vendor or selected external provider may process information under their own settings and policies.

08

Exported cards

Export creates a PNG containing a selected portion of your harbor, including visible names and note excerpts. Android asks you to choose its destination. The destination may be local storage or a cloud provider. Review the card before sending it to anyone.

09

Copies you share

An exported card is separate from the private library. Anyone you give it to can keep or share a copy. Removing a harbor, clearing app data or uninstalling Harborlume does not delete files previously exported to another location.

10

Support messages

Contact is available through info@fortheloveofharleyfoundation.org. Choosing Contact support opens your email app, if available; nothing is sent automatically. Your email provider and recipient receive the information you decide to send. Avoid sending private notes unless needed for your request.

11

Retention on the device

Saved collections remain until you remove them, clear app storage or uninstall the app. An archived harbor remains saved and can be restored. Undo history lasts only during the current app session. A temporary export file may remain in the app cache until replaced, cleared or the app is uninstalled.

12

Removing your information

Remove a tide note or lantern in its editor. To delete a harbor, archive it and choose Delete in Quiet pool. You can clear all app storage through Android settings or uninstall the app. Manage exported copies separately in the destination you selected.

13

Backup and recovery

Android automatic app backup and device-transfer backup are disabled for this build. There is no developer cloud copy or import-and-restore feature. An exported card is an image, not an editable library backup. Keep the original device if you need to continue editing the collection.

14

Security and limitations

Private app storage and atomic saves reduce ordinary access and interrupted-write risks. They are not a guarantee against a compromised device, device loss or every storage failure. Use your device security controls. Do not use this app as the only place for irreplaceable records.

15

Your choices

You control the words you enter, what you keep or delete, and whether to export or send a support email. Reduced motion is available in the app menu as well as the system preference. If you request help about local information, the support recipient cannot retrieve your private library remotely.

16

Audience

Harborlume is a general creative collection tool designed for adults. It does not request a birth date or create child profiles. Support messages should not include a child’s sensitive information. The app does not provide medical services or professional advice.

17

Product pages and changes

The accompanying static pages use bundled images, styles and scripts. They contain no analytics, advertising, tracking cookies or forms that submit information. When pages are hosted, the hosting provider may process request information such as an IP address. Material changes to app behavior should be reflected in an updated dated policy.

18

Contact

For Harborlume support and privacy questions, email info@fortheloveofharleyfoundation.org. This contact was designated for the app by the publisher during preparation. Identify Harborlume in your message. This policy does not claim that an external approval or an official-app relationship has been verified.
